Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. US delivery is usually 5–7 business days after fulfillment.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the contents of your cart.

Apparel and titanium kits ship from a partner warehouse and are rated by the carrier at checkout. A mixed order can therefore show more than one shipping line — that is normal, and the checkout total is always what you pay.
International orders
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import fees. These are set by your country, are not included in the checkout total, and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received it within 5 business days, check your spam folder, then DM us on TikTok at @ex.rcing.
Returns
To start a return, message us on TikTok at @ex.rcing or use the contact form with your order number, and we’ll take it from there.
